!sell (amount) (item listing name) to sell me items
!buy (amount) (item listing name) to buy items
!buycart adds items to a cart to buy
!sellcart adds items to a cart to sell
!rate tells you what I value keys at
!price (item name) get price of item if its in my pricelist

If you have an item but I say you don't and your in game, try restarting your game
If you are not in game then you may be saying the wrong item or its a steam issue
