Shut up to everyone who says that anime is better! And Steam is lying I actually spent more than 70h with this novel. It took me 70h to save Kurisu, but i was determined, desperate, i was commited to the happy ending of my choice, and i made it. I made it and i can finally rest in peace.
Bless anime for drawing Okabe much better. Okarin in this novel is so ugly it hurts. But i swear its the only flaw and its forgivable. Okabe is definitely much nicer and better person than the one in anime. If you watched anime and love it, yes, this novel is for you, it's obviously the choice of Steins Gate. El Psy Kongroo

Very good chill game. I love photography, but i couldn't force myself lately to go outside with camera and take a few pictures. This game let me feel the joy of photography in a chill relaxing way. I play it when i was tired after job and really enjoy it. It's super cute and creative, i love it

Beatiful and very addictive game. I have adhd and it's have for me to sit through a gameplay so full of dialogue, yet this game manage to keep me invested in every little story and every little peasant's problem. I can't wait for the sequel!

I honestly thought i would reccomend this game. But this was too long, too easy, and not engaging enough for such a long gameplay. The graphics are definitely not my style. A lot of ppl reccomend it for the aesthetisc, but honestly, I don't like it, especially when colors don't match (but this is just matter of taste honestly). The bard's singing sounds not well, at first i thought my character is learning to sing and he will get better and better as the game progress, but no, he just AAHH OOO EEEE for the rest of the game and it gets so annoying. I got used to eventually, but it's disappoing that in the game where singing is the main mechanic, the singing doesnt sound like singing.
A lot of ppl recomend this game for the story and I'll tell you sth controversive rn.
I was reading Homestuck when I started this game. There is this moment in act 1 when you can find a girl reading book and if you really press on her, she will tell you that she's reading Homestuck (she will not say the title, but the reference is very obvious). From that moment i couldn't escape the feeling that the game is highly Homestuck inspired. Mask has strong Gamzee energy, i can't stop thinking that Miriam and Bard has such a Vriska and Tavros dynamic, the game has 7 acts and is about the world ending and act 7 is the shortest and come on one of the character late in the game wears godtier Seer of Light outfit and it's not even subtle. I facepalm so hard when i saw this and i couldnt take this character seriously bc they just look like one of the Rose Lalonde fanart. Since the moment I realised this game is just Homestuck fanfic, i wasn't able to enjoy the story.
But even ignoring this, the game is just too long. You usually just walk around and talk to lots of lots of ppl who have no connection to the story or your current goals. The moments, when platforming part of gameplay are good or at least interesting, are so short. Do not talk to npcs, do not look for secrets, do not look for achievements, do not look for answers. Basically, just do only what you are told to do, everything else is just waste of your time. And i played it for way too many hours, reading all those stupid dialogues, looking for sth interesting, but there is nothing. I have no idea why this game have so many useless npc to talk to. I usually enjoy a lot reading all the dialogues, but here it felt like waste of time bc most of them are just nothing. No lore, no jokes, no interesting subplots or little quests. 70% of NPC are just there for the sake of being there. And the ones that give you sth are not enough. Especially when their quests are so ridiculously simple and easy.
The main characters are cute and entertaining, but it doesn't really save the game for me. Honestly, i think i expected way too much from this game. I thought that maybe at least the ending would be good, but it was just easy little music game you have to play three times to win. You can't never lose or die, so there are no stakes at all. Honestly, i think the only challenging moments for me were the moments when my mouse stopped working and i had to play with touchpad. Oh and the game is also not really controllers friendly. I have a few and the only one that worked with this game had very unintuitive controlling.
There is so many to love in this game, but also even more nothingness. I read a lot of review before playing it and now i feel like im the only one not liking this game? Anyway, i took me 2 years to finish this game, because i got bored of it very easily or got stuck on sth very simple like unpleasant controlling or not very well made platforming. It wasn't the worst experience of my life, this game is not bad, i just think it's very disappointing and boring. If you think im wrong, I'm open to discussion. After all it's just my opinion.
Yeah, so i think the game is not worth your time. Go read Homestuck instead. Or play Pikuniku

Fun, challenging, engaging, satisfying, interesting, beautiful. I played three times with my boyfriend for all the achievements, and now I'm playing it 4th time with my internet bestie. I love the aesthetic, the riddles are challenging yet not too hard, the concept of having complitely different perspective on thing is so fun and the story is simple but interesting and engaging.
The only thing i dont like is this one moment when the game makes you involve in someone's divorce. Quite uncomfortable for me, yet its just one little moment that's quite easy to skip and ignore. The game also glitches slightly, but there is only one riddle you can't solve if you got a glitch (it happened only once for me out of 4 times playing, it was a very early riddle where one of you have to jump from a height. If it happens to you, just turn the game off and on, it should fix the problem).
The game is definitely worth playing. You may see a few negative reviews on it, most of them are ppl mad at the change of price and disappearing of friend pass during the game's release. It's valid critics, I was also confused back then, but I promice you the game is now worth its price. Go check it out

It's definitely not my type of game, but it was still very engaging and satisfying. I'm not a fan of playing sth multiple times to have all achievements, scenerios or endings, yet this game still managed to interest me and keep me playing. I have no patience to play it again for last 3 achievements, although I still highly reccomend it. It's definitely one of the most oryginal point-and-click game I've played. I'm sure autistic people would love it

I love this game. I love this game so much. I have no heart to make bad endings. My buddy Hal is my best friend and Karkat the parrot is my favorite pet *cries* Everything about this game is perfect. I love it so much

It's 14 chapters, 15h of playing (last chapter is much longer that the rest. And it took me 17h to see all the content and get all chumrolls achievements) and i must admit, it was a lot of fun. It's nice to have opportunity to spend more time with favorite characters.
Some cons:
- Why is Roxy design so poorly drawn? Almost the same withadult Rose, Jane and Jake, the artstyle for them looks like the artist who drew them didn't like them that much. Same artists drew a lot of good quality pictures of Dirk. Dirk has possibly the most drawings of himself in entire game. Favoring much?? (Im not complaining about making characters chubby or black coded, im complaining that someone just drew one chubby character good and the other bad, like come on)
- other comments here tell you that you don't need to know Epilogue or Friendchum plot. You have to. It's messy, the game reference both way too many times, especially in the final chapter. I really dont want to play Friendchum, ive heard its not very good. Also, short summary of Epilogue is enough to play Pesterquest
- some chapters are much better than others, and i mean, not plot wise, they just visibly put more effort into some chapters than others. Some are shorter and not that well written, and some are longer, better written, more complex, better drawn and designed. The game doesnt treat characters qually.
- the final is way too long. Its just so long and i didnt even need the final. I just wanted to spend some time with my lovely characters. I dont need a plot that explain why is this timeline existing and not failing apart. Also is it me or did they gave as two different explainations, one from Aradia and one from Dirk plus Director? Idk, its just too much.

Anyway, except for that, its pretty neat game. I laughed a lot, i "aww" a lot, i "wtf" a lot and stuff like that. You don't need me rambling to choose if you want to play it or not. Its nice, it made me like some characters more (and some characters less), and im glad that i played it. Maybe i will come back to it one day

I play it second time on a different accont, just to give Toby Fox more money. I played so many fan made games. Its just so good. You read this recommendation cause you wonder if its good enough for you? How many opinions do you need to finally believe its a great game and buy it? I used to be a nonbeliever like you, and now look at me, cosplaying Sans on convents. Trust me. Just play it. You wont regret it
