I am a lazy idiot that has no clue on how to use the game files, so getting a mod through steam with a simple download is a giant W in my eyes. I have read some of the mod's criticism, and I cannot say that I disagree with that. The lack of a meelee is a severe downside. However, the mod is still very unique in terms of story, gameplay and map design

Abandoned Hospital Helicopter Boss

I bought the game in 2022, played it with zero issues and enjoyed it a lot.
While replaying it in 2024 now, I noticed that there suddenly were plenty of bugs. Ragdolls glitching out, scripted sequences not working or playing out too early, enemies and other NPCs just standing still as if their AI has been disabled and props (especially the plugs in the Xen levels) being a complete mess.

I've been told y'all work on other projects now, but if someone from your team was to make a short patch update on the game, it would be great

The server list is constantly shown as "empty" for me, making the game entirely unplayable. Does anyone know how to fix that?

Great game, cool characters, fun gameplay and fair matchmaking. Even if you are f2p, you get access to tons of cool items and options. The biggest problem are the cheaters, but thats just a bunch of insignificant, pathetic losers craving for some attention. The game itself is great, and the localization files update added so much depth to the gameplay, its incredible!
