Ingredients:

For the Pizza Dough:
- 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 cup mixed mushrooms (such as shiitake, oyster, and cremini), sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish

Instructions:
