Zacneme rezne obalovat, najprv do muky, treba dobre oklepat, potom do vajicka, dobre obalit aby boli vsade vajicka a napokon do struhanky. Rezne dame na tacku a prichystame si panvicu.
Panvicu dame na sporak a ked je tepla pridame olej. Pockame kym je olej dost teply / mozeme do oleja hodit trosku struhanky aby sme videli ci uz sa zacina struhanka opekat/ a potom pridame rezne. Opekame rezne dozlatistva. Ked vyberieme rezen z oleja je vhodne ho vlozit na servitky kde odsajeme zbytocny tuk.
dalsi typ na vyprazanie, aby sa olej nepripaloval mozeme dat do panvice kusok mrkvy , ta by mala zachytit pripaleny olej/. Mozeme podavat so zemiakovou kasou alebo ryzou a kompotom. Prajem dobru chut.
