it's too soon to have an actual opinion on lightfall rn, bc it's either just bungie haters that will ♥♥♥♥ on anything they make or people who suck bungie's dong. I personally haven't seen much of any problems and am enjoying the dlc emensly and strand is amazing to use and we get to in every mission, the story is sweat and tells about || growth, loss how to be useful when you find yourself useless and survivors guilt by feeling you could do something but failing due to shortcomings || or just by chance. The story hit me hard personally because I lost a friend to suicide idk where I'm trying to go with this but the story had me messed up fr. Osiris is very bitchie for a fair bit of the story but that's him trying to find a way to help and find purpose while not having light among us light bearers and now the cloud strides. The Nimbus hate is completely invalid because he reads just how he was supposed to, he's only a teenager and lost his mentor, he needs to learn how to grow better faster because he's all neomoona has left and he's just trying his best and that may include jokes because that's a way some people process tuff topics and while in tuff situations

i do very much recommend this game to at least try it may take time if you coming from console like i did but in the short few hours i have played at the time of posting this review (4.6) i have had so much fun
