For the Chicken:

2 chicken breasts (or thighs), diced

1 tbsp gyros or kebab seasoning (or use paprika, garlic, oregano, cumin)

1 tbsp oil

For the Salad Layers:

1 small onion, finely chopped

4–5 pickled cucumbers (ogórki kiszone), diced

1 small can of corn (about 1 cup), drained

1 red bell pepper, diced (optional)

1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped

4–5 tbsp mayonnaise

2–3 tbsp ketchup (for sauce layer)

🍳 Instructions:
Cook the Chicken:

Season diced chicken with gyros seasoning.

Fry in a pan with oil until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool.

Prepare the Sauce:

Mix mayo with ketchup (optionally add a bit of garlic or chili sauce for extra kick).

Layer the Salad (in a glass bowl for a nice look):

Cooked chicken (cooled)

Chopped onion

Pickled cucumbers

Corn

Bell pepper (optional)

Sauce (mayonnaise + ketchup mix)

Chopped iceberg lettuce

Chill:

Let the salad sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving to meld flavors.
