To answer your question from scrap.tf, the first hundred crafts on some items have their craft numbers in their title. So if someone had a craft numbered item, let's say the Federal Casemaker, it'll show the number at the end of the name. The seventh one crafted would say Federal Casemaker #7 for example. They're moreso a collector's item as they're no different other than in name.
