i have over 500 hours in this game on play station. i bought a brand new gaming pc to play it on pc. it truly pains me to write a negative review foer this game but the rock star games launcher is beyond broken and it even goes to show that no matter how great a game is or how well it does, greedy people at the top will ruin it to save the 5% steam charges them to sell. i spent five hours trying to fix my problem but couldn't even get the launcher to open. why rock star needs a launcher is completly beyond me given that 95% of the games are single player. why do i need to be online to play the red dead story mode you may ask. so they can make more money

as an avid rpg fan i can confidently say that this is one of the few true roleplaying games. make your own story and adventures alongside some interesting npc's. its worth ten times what they are charging for it.
