There's a fortnite faction called UnitedHealing which provides medkits and bandages for players across the map whenever they're literally 1 as long as they pay enough gold per season. However this faction is known for frequently denying heals for any reason (if the player wasn't building, wasn't crouching/jumping, or took storm damage prior) leading to the eliminations of many players despite them paying their gold.

A player named MangioneTheGreat recognized the injustices of this faction. One day while the boss of the faction UnitedHealing_CEO was strolling in tilted towers after a canceled fortnite event, MangioneTheGreat was camping around the corner and clipped him with a hand-crafted semi-auto pistol then fled. UnitedHealing_CEO never got picked up after being downed. Since the general player base was friended with or was someone who got denied heals by this faction previously, most players considered it a dub when he did not get rebooted.
