20 minutes + line up to get a to-go coffee. The place was terribly understaffed. Found out at the register that they don't have any vegan options for bakery or eats, which was very disappointing and contrary to the reviews. Had I known before I would have not waited for 30 mins to buy a $8 latte. Also, they upcharge for non-dairy milk, which is backwards these days.:steamthumbsdown:
