Option 1: Klassische Pommes aus der Fritteuse

Zutaten:

Kartoffeln (festkochend)
Pflanzenöl zum Frittieren
Salz

Zubereitung:
Kartoffeln schälen, waschen und in gleichmäßige Stäbchen schneiden.
Die Pommes in kaltem Wasser ca. 30 Minuten einweichen, um überschüssige Stärke zu entfernen.
Das Öl in der Fritteuse auf die empfohlene Temperatur erhitzen (meist zwischen 170°C und 190°C).

Die Pommes portionsweise ca. 3-4 Minuten vorfrittieren, bis sie weich sind.
Die Pommes herausnehmen und auf Küchenpapier abtropfen lassen.
Das Öl auf ca. 190°C erhitzen und die Pommes nochmals ca. 2-3 Minuten goldbraun frittieren.
Mit Salz bestreuen und sofort servieren.
