really fun and really addicting but gets really repetitive although that most likely isn't a surprise

The launch of witch queen removed basically all of forsaken's content, stripping it of its meat and flesh, and the reason it existed to begin with, avenging Cayde-6.
It also introduced performance bugs although one of them is fixed there is still a memory leak.
PVP is in the worst state it has ever been with constant invis, constant overshields and constant ability spam with void 3.0. "We want to tone down ability usage in pvp" There are extremely potent abilities that can leave you half health that are less than 1 second cooldown. Nothing changed with the core gameplay loop being repeating the exact same activities every single week without little difference, yes the witch queen is great and it's a very hopeful look at what bungie can do, but right after you finish it you're back to the same grind repetitive grind that's unchanged for 4 YEARS. Game is also 100GB in space so it'll be an overnight download if you're even considering playing the game.
