Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Cooking oil for frying
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. This will be your coating mixture.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the milk to create an egg wash.
Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the flour mixture. Repeat the process for a thicker coating if desired.
Heat the cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the coated chicken pieces in batches until they are golden brown and cooked through. This usually takes about 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the size of the nuggets.
Remove the nuggets from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
