欧陆风云4的音乐是它的一大亮点，很多国家和地区有自己的音乐，风格各异，既有庄重的交响乐，又有轻快的民谣，能够营造出不同的氛围和情感。然而，游戏性不尽如人意，尤其是在破局后的阶段，游戏会变得非常单调和无趣（不断地征服、枣核）。
