Well not much about me to put out there ............
Been playing cs-go since the very first launch in SA as a Mod to Half life, named -Counter Strike. So internet back then was nothing like today, I mean 56K modem or ISDN just being released with speed of 120K....... yea you guessed it , there was no online play.......
I clearly remember our group of players meeting at " RAU" ( You will know it as UJ) PC lab over a weekend to play against each other using the LAN.....
I still had a Pentium 1 233Mhz with a 8 MB SiS graphics card that used AGP , so yes the look and feel of the the game you see today was very different & realty basic back then, yet as a 1st year varsity student, we have done this every weekend.......
I don't think that many other games has got the ability to keep a player so interested to play for 21 years....
So playing CS-GO for 21 years and I am still not ranked.............
Yea no rank after 21 years of playing this game....
Many of you asked why do you even bother playing then?

Well for me this is my :
1. Break away place from the real war we fight on a daily basis in life;
2. Being an electronic Engineer , the IT industry on both software and hardware pulls me like a moth to light, I just can't stay away......
So guess I shall see you on the CS-GO battle field soon !

WORD OF ADVISE:
Your rank (if achieved with out any hacking) gives you game credibility , from my side, Well done for achieving it you deserve it......
However:
My Ferrari 575M Maranello gives me life credibility so be nice in game. Outranked players do know the game play, they just haven't spent as much time practising for whatever the reason may be. So instead of kicking them from the game, why not rather assist them with what you know, it might pay off in the long run....
You will never know if you don't want to try!!
