Well, it's a game. Quite boring and old and unfinished, but it's a game. Would have been quite cool 20 years ago.

First of all, this game is a demo. It doesn't feature any coherent story and is very short. Laid-back walkthrough will take about an hour, or 30 min for the more rushed one.
I liked it quite a bit. The graphics are nice, so as the performance(1650S/3300X/16GB 3200MHz 1080p maxed-out 90-100FPS). Difficulty is moderate, the only challenging thing was getting the "Killer Combo" achievement (that's where 6 hours are from). Skills look cool and are useful, so you won't just run'n'gun all game.
That being said, there are some little drawbacks. The main antagonist looks and sounds sillier than a disney villain, which probably will be more bearable in the actual game. Boss fights are nice, but low-level enemies that attack you in bulk are more challenging than actual bosses. Literally 90% of deaths are them or falling into the pit in the floor. Had a bug when an enemy didn't attack me. Sometimes some textures disappear if you look directly at them or at the right angle. For some reason, DX 11/12 isn't integrated in the main menu and is asked at every startup. Text in the menus sometimes doesn't align properly. Small things which are easily improved, but are distracting.
Overall, looks promising but for sure needs some additional work. Buying this, you're essentially pre-ordering a full game. We''ll have to wait and see what a it has to offer.

Atmospheric. Best HF2 mod I've played so far.

Doesn't work properly with Taranis X9 lite, freestyle is dlc-only.

Like Half-life without a story. Play if you want to play half-life without a story.

I don't know what in particular is wrong with this mod, but from the first minute I had a feeling I wouldn't like it. Maybe it was level design, maybe rough voice acting (other than Gman, idk how they did this but his voice was great), maybe the atmosphere, maybe bugs. But after I tried to put a valve in place for 5 minutes and it didn't work (how ironic) and then I drowned because swimming in this game is somehow broken (can't swim down for some weird reason) I decided to quit. This was very far from an enjoyable, I don't know how this has only 5% less positive reviews than Half-Life 2 itself.

It's okay but who am I and where am I? It's like Lost Coast - you just complete one relatively short mission.

It's all said in the name. The servers are pretty much dead though.

Yet another great and the last (story-wise) game in the franchise. The only bad thing about it is that Valve decided to leave you on a cliffhanger for 14 years. Still worth it.

You escape the combine tower and City 17 with Alyx. Great sequel to a great game.
