Great atmospheric game with a good story. Not as easy for it to be boring, not so hard to be too challenging. Tips: I would suggest playing on survival / ranger hardcore (no UI) if you want to get the full experience. Use the compass in the journal (the M button) to find where to go as some level designs can be quite confusing. The game favors stealth and mercy required for a "good" ending. You can sell secondary weapons to earn more military-grade ammo (useful for an achievement and in general to buy more weapons/medkits/nades/etc). Survival mode allows you to carry 3 weapons, 5 knives and as I remember ~20 min worth of filters (3 min each), spartan allows for 2 weapons, 10 knives and ~30 min of filters (5 min each), so choose what fits your playstyle better.
Due to some minor bugs and imperfections, it's an 8.5/10, but overall definitely recommended.

Yup, that's pretty much it. By the play time it seems more like a demo, yet it's a full game. Graphics are nice. There's hardly any story, but it's enough to entertain you for an hour of playtime.

This review should be considered neutral. There are drawbacks that make it hard to recommend this game. Buy if you're a die-hard fan of Harlan Ellison or the developer, I guess.

• Kinda doesn't go well as a standalone game, but I think it was never supposed to.

• I don't know whether I'm stupid or some game choices are, but it got frustrating very quickly, so I had to watch a walkthrough quite a few times to get some moments.

• I picked up 250 boxes once and it didn't register and my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined
  
• I didn't get an achievement for completing Act I this is so sad
  
• I don't know where are the hidden achievements and I'm too lazy to find them
  
• Bad guys on the snow map and falling bad
  
• Jetpack is peepeepoopoo (in my opinion please don't your feelings be hurt if you like it or disagree i come in peace)

All in all quite nice for a mere price of zero, would recommend to a friend and in fact just did so hi Mark
