-FOMO
-Season pass model
-bounties being the only way to progress said Season Pass in any meaningful way
-PvP
-Armor and Weapon sunsetting: what is the point in making builds/god rolls if they are gone in a year?
-Tons of content that is just unused, or being "vaulted"
-Weapons from past seasons being literal reissues with nothing changed about them, to make artificial grind

Ultimately, there are lots of things wrong with the game, as well as a tone deaf developer, but it does a lot of things right that I can't find in other games. How much you will enjoy it will be heavily influenced by how you play it and how much time you dedicate to it.
