amazing game. beautiful soundtrack, with a beautiful story.

i could write about the game for a while, but i'll just give a simple review.

overall, worth your time.

cannot say exactly the same about the 2nd part, but oh well.

such an amazing game. i'd recommend playing on hardest difficulty even if it's your first playthrough. puts up a good challenge while still delivering an amazing time playing.

would definitely love a sequel to the game (which is most unlikely)

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a remake of the first Mafia game that came out on the second half of 2002!

It's a really good game! Has a great story, with great characters.

The graphics are great! The game is well optimized (well, it was for me, at least. I know that this game gets mixed opinions when it comes to optimization.) I was able to run it at all max settings, with almost constant 60 FPS, with quite average PC components.
The story is amazing. Really fun, enjoyable, and serious, with no repetitive quests.
Soundtrack is a must listen! Really fits the whole theme of the game!
Character designs, development, etc... They're all on point!
I must say that the game is also quite educative. You learn a lot about trust from the game. If you pay close attention while gaming, you can even get some extra sense about the world itself.

But, there are a few cons...
The driving. It can really mess you up sometimes, but, you get used to it.
The story being too short. You can beat it in less than 15 hours. Still really fun and amazing tho!
No ACTUAL side content, besides finding collectibles, WHICH sucks for people that love side quests, etc...

My rating overall would be... 8/10

I know I might be a bit late, because the game came out around mid 2020, but I just had to make this review...

I don't even know where to start.

I'll start off by saying that this game is, for me, at least, the best Mafia game out of the three. With: a really big, open world, a lot of fun optional chapters, three FREE DLC stories that are really fun, and quite long, and an AMAZING story. This makes the game the best one out of the three.

Of course, as much as the game is amazing, it is not perfect. It does have bugs, some repetitive quests, but, that is quite small compared to everything else! I've spent a little over 74 hours on the game, and those were well spent hours. The bugs do not happen too often, but, they sometimes force you to load to your last checkpoint, which takes only about 10 seconds to do.

The story is... a masterpiece. Now... I know that some missions are repetitive, but the story as one of its kind, is amazing. A lot of heartbreaking, twisted, fun, hyper, sad, emotional, etc... moments, make the story a solid 10/10.

The optional chapters are also indeed very fun and interesting! They're not necessary, of course, hence why they're called "optional" chapters, but, they really build up a story for certain characters! Believe it or not, if you want to know the real story of some characters, you MUST finish the optional chapters. Optional chapters gave me even more amazing experience, and I would have hated myself if I did not finish them.

Story aside, let me talk about the graphics, physics, guns, cars, voice actors, soundtrack, etc...

The graphics are really good! It really gave a "cherry on the top" vibe, because it really is so beautiful. Not too great, not too bad. Right where the sweet spot is! A PC with average components will be able to run the game on max settings at 1080p with no problems!

The physics are also good! Sure, there are a few bugs here and there (e.g. if you turn on Aim Assist, at some points, it'll be more unhelpful, than helpful, but that's not always the case! Also, Aim Assist is recommended if you're playing with a controller, because the general sensitivity for a controller is kinda too fast for some certain guns.) Other than that, the physics are how they should be! Really well done, if you look over those small bugs.

There is a wide selection of guns. I personally loved using a simple pistol! I've felt most comfortable with it. My secondary weapon was an AK-47. Definitely helped me through all the "Kill 'Em All" moments, in which, a lot of enemies spawned. As I've stated, if you're using a controller, some guns may be a little harder to use than they should, but, Aim Assist should fix that (partly!)

I am not a guy that's into cars that much, but, this game made it so fun for me to just spend time driving around the map. My favourite type of cars was the Exotic section. Especially the fast, red one at the very bottom! They're very easy to control, and the modification for the cars is also great! (Note: To unlock all the modifications, and cars, you must complete optional quests, hint hint ;))

Each and every character had an amazing voice actor! The accent, the voice, the tone, it all suited amazingly for every single character! My personal character, and voice actor from the game, was Donovan! He is a complete savage, a really funny guy, and also very based!

Oh how I loved the soundtrack in the game. Excluding the radio, the music in cutscenes, certain chapters, etc... It was really amazing! Each and every soundtrack fit the chapter you were going through, so it really pumps up the hype when you're doing your thing!

Also another very big plus that I'd love to mention is the NPCs (enemies). They're indeed very realistic! (e.g. if you shoot somewhere, alert the enemies, move without being seen, the enemies will go past you to look at the location where you've fired shots from! This is a really great detail, and I don't think that a lot of games do this. Most games just send the enemies to where you currently are, even if you were not spotted. It also helps with taking down enemies faster!

Thank you for sticking with me in this review! I was really happy to write it, because, this game is indeed very special to me. Thank you 2K Games for making this masterpiece.

This is an amazing game.

I've enjoyed playing it. The side content is amazing, and there are a lot of side stuff to do! Playing as Ichiban, while he's in his own world, really spaces the game out from the other Yakuza games!

This is the first time Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio introduced an RPG game to us. They did a great job!

The whole game is an easy 11/10. I would recommend it to anyone!

Honestly...

It's an amazing racing game. Probably the best one that I've ever played. The only issue is that the game has awful servers. If you're thinking of playing a racing game that has good servers, without any connection issues, then.. This game isn't for you. I've tried everything that Ubisoft suggested me, nothing worked. Well.. It did work for like, 2 races, but after that, it's the same. This made me uninstall the game from my PC because it's just taking up to 70gb of space and the game isn't even playable. I wish that the situation was different. I'll totally come back if they ever fix the servers, but I think that that's just a fantasy.

It's a really good game.

I'd suggest it to every Naruto fan if they haven't played it already. I'm honestly fascinated. It's totally worth the price, even if it isn't on a discount.
