Disappointing compared to DL 1, but a good game nonetheless

Better than any civ game

As of 09.2024, after the "Roads to Power" dlc released, I can say that the game is finally heading in a good direction.
It still does not live up to CK2, but its getting closer with each major update.

The most unique AC game, it has its own dark atmosphere and character. An engaging story involving many interesting characters with ambiguous morals and deep motives. There is no good or evil side. There is much good here that is lacking in the modern titles. Graphics still hold up very well despite the game releasing back in ~2007.

Highly recommend!

Childhood game :')

I reccomend it even 14 years after release

Overall a deep, high quality shooter game with an unique approach to gameplay mechanics.
There are consequences for every single mistake you make and they are often deadly.
You can play with friends in multiplayer or play alone with a squad of commandable bots at your side.

The devs also arent afraid of including controversial real life topics which make the game far more real and emotional.

A quick, realistic FPS that is popular among gamers and irl SWAT members alike.
