It’s called Pruritus ani, or in other words, anal itching – it’s quite common and not dangerous, so don’t worry. It can happen if you don’t wipe properly.
It could also be a sign of hemorrhoids in or near your anal area, so I still recommend seeing a doctor.
Make sure to wash your hands before scratching your eye to avoid getting conjunctivitis again like last time.
