Hey there pashaaa! If you started getting crashes during your ranked matches after the maintenance, then it's been confirmed on R6Fix[r6fix.ubi.com] and the investigation teams are already working on sorting this out for us. In the meantime, other players have followed up to let us know that playing with the Vulkan API helps to limit how often the crashes happen. If you happen to try the Vulkan API but don't see any improvement, please take the time to work through these troubleshooting steps and workarounds. Even if you're not experiencing the issue in that R6Fix, these will still help with these types of issues:

- Install Ubisoft Connect and Rainbow Six Siege on the same drive as your OS
- Verify the game files[ubi.li]
- End unnecessary background processes via Task Manager
- Unplug non-essential peripherals (additional monitors, VR equipment, controllers, etc.)
- Clear the Steam cache[ubi.li] and the Ubisoft Connect cache[ubi.li]
- Perform an SFC Scan[support.microsoft.com] on your system (if the scan detects any errors, you may want to repeat this step multiple times until the results are clear)
- Clean reinstall the C++ Redistributables[docs.microsoft.com]
- Some Nvidia players saw an improvement after rolling back their driver version[www.nvidia.com]
- Everything listed in this FAQ article[ubi.li]

After the listed steps have been done properly, if this crash happens again, we would like to collect additional information. If you don't mind, please create a new support case on our website[www.ubisoft.com] for this issue to let us know it is still occurring. To save time, you can attach your MSinfo and DxDiag files[www.ubisoft.com] to your support case in advance and be sure to confirm all of the troubleshooting steps we did. Once a specialist from our team has reviewed everything, they will follow up with you directly to proceed further. Much appreciated!
