Ingredients:
Cow's milk - 300 ml;
Cocoa (powder) - 1.5 tbsp;
Bitter chocolate - 20 g.
Preparation:
Grate the chocolate.
Pour the milk into a ladle.
Pour in the cocoa and place the ladle on the stove. Bring the milk to a boil, stirring with a whisk to prevent foam from forming.
Remove the ladle from the heat, pour in the grated chocolate and stir thoroughly until the chocolate has completely melted.
Pour the hot chocolate milk into cups and serve immediately. If the milk seems unsweetened, you can add sugar.
