Oyun yapıldığı seneye bakarsak Rockstar farkını görmüş oluyoruz fakat eski bir oyun olduğu için tam ekran oynayamıyorsunuz , bunun için oyuna bir kaç dokunuş yapmanız gerekmektedir verdiğim linkten vice city sürümünün definitive edition sürümünü indirip oyunun dosylarıylar değiştirmeniz gerekiyor ayrıca sayfada verilen dirctx ve microsoft visual eski surumlarını modun çalışması için kurmayı unutmayın.
