After a fair amount of time played, I can say that this game is truly outstanding. One may think that the story thread is linear and thus monotone, but each asteroid type and world seed/layout brings up new challenges for the player to master. The game is not easy, as much is safe to say, with numerous mechanics and regular game updates, keeping the experience fresh. I recommend going in blind so as to find and refine your own solutions to various problems by yourself as that's where the fun of the game lies: constant challenge. I would, however, not recommend to anyone who cannot cope with organisational tasks as that is the very essence of the game through and through. Perseverance and a cool head are also needed to overcome the problems that arise (and that, for the most part, you create yourself by non-sustainable solutions applied beforehand). All in all, it is definitely worth its price as well as the time spent playing it.
