Eastward is a beautiful game, i've never seen pixel art look as good as it does, you can easily tell that Eastward was made with love. Although it does not have the most coherent story or character dialog the game still manages to charm you with its genuinely original indie vibe and artstyle. I would place Eastward easily in my top 3 best pixel games and i cannot wait for the next standalone game from Pixpil.
I would highly recommend Eastward (when on sale) if you love indie games. Solid 8/10

Safe to say I've played long enough to make a fair observation. Firstly, this game does deserve the score of 7/10 simple due to the fact the there are just tons of things that could have been done differently. Lets compare to a game known as Star Citizen. Now, Starfield Isn't meant to be what Star Citizen is and this isn't saying either game is better, However Star Citizen does many things right that Starfield doesn't.

For example, Star Citizen has a grand sense of scale, cities feel like cities in Star Citizen, whereas Starfield's cities feel more like a city from a Pokemon game on DS. New Atlantis (All of Humanities' first stop in their expansion to the stars) is really just a few towers and some filler building to complete a small skyline.

This is the same with loading screens, having some loading screens is understandable, But when you get into you're ship? really? Bethesda I'm disappointed. The technology and optimizations are there to be able to board you're ship without a loading screen, 10% of the Gameplay in Starfield is simply either a loading screen or a fast travel menu.

The last Negative id like to touch on is the fact that out of the 5 main companions in game, 4 are the most morally vanilla, intolerable, copy paste grandma's you could ever imagine, the 5th is a literal Robot who doesn't feel emotion. its genuinely hard to feel anything towards them when all they do is express their hate for you're perfectly logical decisions.

There are good things though, Starfield, contrary to common belief, is full of worlds that have more to them then one would think. If you go looking for nothing, you will find nothing, but if you follow side objectives or activities you will rarely feel the emptiness of space. Starfield is a lot like Fallout and Skyrim in this sense.

The graphics are good considering its optimized for consoles to run without significant strain on components or heat build up. Ship building is super fun (not the UI but the actual building and flying your own ride). And lastly, the game doesn't have a learning curve and is easy to understand off the get-go, perfect for new players.

I've played Stardew Valley since the mobile launch in 2018. And no matter how much time passes, this game continues to be a masterpiece. Whether your playing by yourself, or your playing with your friends, you can count on Stardew Valley to be a beautiful and wholesome experience. To anyone who still hasn't played this game, your missing out.
