`The art of the background is good and so is the gameplay, even though the fights can sometimes be a bit wonky or slow, they're good. The story is great, Online play is competitive, but the Krypt is so underwhelming and so Grind based that it ruins the exploration of it, to the point where you will need so many koins to finish unlocking all the chests, the gear system is also very underwhelming, mostly because the modifications aren't really special whatsoever, and rely on augments which are also grinded through Online play. Mortal Kombat 11 is good but fails to follow up on the expectations given to it, even when it had a very ambitious start to the reveal. In all honesty, you should just get this game when a sale comes up, it definitely isn't worth the $60 + $6 tax. 7/10
