My friend watched my head go boingboingboing and then got cornered by said murderous coilhead and a Bracken while trying to escape. Watched him ♥♥♥♥ himself while he tried to realise where I went, while also commentating on his (now dead) team member's corpse. 10/10 Game

Considering it was the 69th Game in my Library, and with a 3 legged Virginia running around who's shirt goes see through in the rain, Id say it was definitely a worthy purchase. For sure it has its negatives, but it is an Early Access game so what were we expecting? Something I am excited to see improve is the variety of Fauna on the map as well as it slowly filling up as it is quite barren with little to do currently. I am also excited to see what new items they add to the game and interactions with the AI to make them more useful as although Kelvin is a great touch (and annoying at times) and will benefit players who stream or dedicate lots of time to big tasks he becomes quite useless late game...Unless you're like me and plan to use him to fish food :D

Overall I'm excited to see how this game progresses and lives up to the standards of "The Forest" and I am also excited in seeing what the developers will change and add to it along the way. I also hope that the developers will continue to listen to their community on changes and improvements as this is something that greatly benefited "The Forest" during its time and can make "Sons Of The Forest" an immersive and better experience.

I would recommend this game to avid fans of The Forest who have played the previous games or followed along with the development of said games and seen the progression they have made or have seen some amazing content creators's stances (Farket <3) however, I as of now would not recommend this game to new fans as there is still little to do and so I would recommend waiting for further updates and improvements...or you can go ahead and do whatever you want! Since this is just a silly little personal opinion :)

Personal Opinion:
Would 100% recommend this game with friends (not so much solo), many possibilities for funny moments and overall giggles, it also gets updated fairly often with new content and fixes. Controls are difficult to get used to at first and learning all the items also took a while, does get quite repetitive. Ghosts dont respond well if you swear at them.

A very fun game especially with friends, it has many building capabilities and many people have created beautiful masterpieces or full mansions. It can become boring overtime however as there is little to do unless you follow the main story quest, which is quite understandable. Moderate amount of bugs but worth the price imo. Get chased by half naked people for cutting trees :D
