I have endometriosis and these are the only pills that help with water retention, cramps and all symptoms wrapped into one. It still does not make them disappear but certainly helps. I wish they were a tiny bit stronger because I can't take more than 6-8 a day and then I start to itch because of the caffeine. I'm pregnant now and do NOT miss aunt flow or using Midol but when it's needed, this is the way to go!
