I ever tell you about the time my buddy Keith and Dave tried to created their own android. Yeah, Keith saw a cartoon about a robot living with the humans and Dave saw a documentary about advancing AI and detailed human-robots, and they both thought it would be great if they combine their geekiness together to create the most magnificent robot the world has ever basked their eyes on. Yeah, two of his prototypes escaped from Dave's lab, three more were stolen (and they know that because Dave's lab show signs of a break-in), and the rest were nowhere as good as those prototypes. To this day, we have no idea where they went. Probably for the best.
