At the game's current state it's a prime candidate for a neutral review, but I'm going with a Yes because there are a lot of good things about it and it has the potential to be really good.

On the plus side:

Challenging formation building and management
Quest difficulty ramps up at a challenging but fair pace - do some reading on the Community page if you're not sure you're equipped for the next progression challenge. You will likely need to spend some time doing free plays to increase favor etc. on your way to completing sets of missions.

On the minus side:

Some mission variants are repetitive.
Optimization needs improvement.
