I love the concept of this game, but my experience with the demo was EXTREMELY buggy and almost impossible to play. I had to quit halfway through multiple runs because of this. I've seen others play it with little to no issues though, so definitely try the game before taking my word for it.

Here's just a list of problems I faced in the demo. I'm sure they're probably way past fixing these in the full game production, but I think it's still worth mentioning-

- after selecting buildings, they appeared as GINORMOUS on the grid making it impossible to see the grid spaces and buildings you already have down. Basically just had to randomly place my buildings without knowing where they were going, which completely ruins the point of a game about strategical placement.
- the smoke produced by the "Factory" glitches out, filling the entire screen with blinding spasms of white while on viewing whatever level they are placed on. i once had about 5 factories and the glitching was so bad it crashed my game.
- unlike the first problem, some runs didn't show previews of buildings before placement at all. i've seen youtubers play this and it showed they had previews, so i assume that you're meant to? i've never had it work properly though.
- in runs with the previous problem, i'm often unable to place buildings at all, even with a fully empty board. i'll have to click about 10 different spots before it allows to me to eventually place a building. this happens more often with buildings larger than 1 block in size.

all in all, i think the full game will be amazing! it's a great concept and i'm excited to try it out. I personally just cannot recommend the demo. i do think it's worth trying once, because it's free and there's no downside even if it does end up being barely playable.

I was almost scared this game would get boring fast and wouldn't be worth the price considering it only just released but i was delightfully proven wrong. this game is super addictive and there's so much stuff to do in it. icant wait until the devs release some more fun stuff later on down the line.
