Surgeon approved of RF's fixes and improvements.
and then was also fine with my re-upload on Game Maps.
the differences are having the right communication with those involved.

it should be self explanatory.
users who steal content from others and re-upload without permission.
although it always seems to be a grey area here and even at "Game Maps".
for the most part, it seems both communities only care about proper crediting.
but there will always be users who complain about permission.
they will inform everyone if something is redistributed and modified.
no one knows for certain if permission was obtained unless an author states it.
however, unfortunately, most people just blindly download without research.
yama is only one problem with this out of so many over the past several years.
moderation in the communities has severely dropped.
