Year 2023(Latest Update)
- This is the 3rd time I've started a new story, playing on my 3rd PC since 2015.
The first time I tried out this game was a summer school holiday back in 2015 with a super low end GT720 PC running at 1280*720 resolution. Fortunately, the year before, the Arkham series(Arkham City and Arkham Origins) were still quite new to me, so I can still continue playing all 3 games in series. This game really impressed me a lot as a teenager especially it being my first ever AAA action game and I was quite immersed into the unique storylines as well.
Even Today, the game still look so attractive to me:
- The amazing hit feedback in the fight scene
- The horror element - Occasional jump scare
- The stylish Batmobile and Batman outfit
- The quicksilver kind of Fear Multi-Takedown

Even now, when I review other games, I somehow still consider Arkham Knight as a baseline in the back of my mind. I have also been looking for horror games these days and thinking that this game might explain why I was so engaged in the horror themed games.
Honestly, indeed, this is a good game.
