It's absolutely fun for a little while if you like roguelikes, but there's not much variety, and there's no story whatsoever. The interface is also kind of clunky although that problem can easily be fixed.
The biggest issue is there's not much direction, and while I can see this being a great game if there's some sort of story added, I can't recommend this in its current state.

Honestly, this was an amazing experience, highly recommend.

I can't get the thing to run. It opens and proceeds to immediately crash :(

The game is fun, but it freezes constantly, forcing you to restart it.

*Crouches. Rolls. Comes to a complete stop. Rolls again. Stands up. Shakes head. Repeat.* It's a fun game, but that doesn't make it a good one. If you don't care about badly made animations that make the game less fluid than a stop motion film, by all means, buy it, but in my opinion it's a poorly made game and you'd be better off playing Fights in Tight Spaces.

It costs more than it's worth considering the length, but if you're alright paying $20 for a game that you can beat in under seven hours, I'd advise getting it as it is really fun. If there was some sort of survival mode DLC I'd easily pay double, but currently I'd wait until it goes on sale.

I want to like this game, but at that price it just isn't worth buying considering just how little content there is. After about half an hour, you've pretty much experienced everything there is. There is a roadmap and it is still early access, so it should be receiving more content down the line, but as of January 2022, I'd wait until it either goes on sale or has a major update.

The story and characters are less enjoyable than the last game and you have to find all the optional life upgrades scattered throughout the entire game to get the true ending, great combat though. I'd only recommend this game if story isn't important to you.

The level design is beyond poor. I entered a vent and then wound up in an old level and everything was stuck so I couldn't get forward

I like it. It's slow and The Projects are a bit too punishing, but it's one of my favorite games right now.
