A perfect example of how to LITERALLY ♥♥♥♥ fans in the ass. The amount of blue balling that occurred with the launch and the supposed "live service" show just how much EA doesn't care about the avid BF fan. You make a BANGING trailer that hypes everyone up, 22 mil views atm on YouTube, post a message about portal being a "love letter" to us fans, then proceed to place a steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥ on this beautiful plate. 4 years, 4 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ years and even with covid restrictions you still can't release a finished game.
Though not a supposed "Vetern" of a BF fan, I have put in plenty of hours into BF1 and BFV on console. I've also checked out BF4 on pc and had a blast with it. But whatever EA DICE released isn't a Battlefield, it's just another hero shooter with micro transactions revolving around monetization made by literally a whole new DICE.
I cringe whenever I see a new Jackfrags video. I feel so bad watching a man who loves the franchise and is one of the biggest content creaters around Battlefield squeeze out whatever content he can get from a dying game. I know, like everyone else I've talked to, he's not enjoying it as much as previous titles, only providing a fraction of the content.
Not only Jack, but people like Neebs Gaming, the group behind BF friends are being betrayed. There post regarding the revival of BF friends was hit with a lovely welcome back message from the official Battlefield channel. Though they will probably still make videos using the bugs as the themes, it's still a super scummy move by EA to ruin one of the communities favorite channels.

Thank you EA DICE for ruining my first ever Battlefield that I've ever bought on PC. Like many others I don't plan to come back.
