Persona 3 Reload is quite possibly the best persona title to date, lo and behold my reaction then when they announced that they would be remaking the notorious 'The answer' episode that originated from Persona 3 FES. The original iteration of the DLC was notorious for being immensively grindy and difficult, so I had high hopes that just like Persona 3 reload had done the story of Persona 3 justice, so too would be the case for Episode Aigis.
Boy, how wrong I was.
Ask anyone who's familiar with modern persona and they'll tell you the following: 'Persona is easy.'
It is an habit of mine then, to always select the hardest difficulty so as to meet a more challenging experience, Episode Aigis features the 'heartless' difficulty as it's hardest option and for majority of the DLC..it does it's job well enough.
The shadows are strong but not unreasonably so, the game is grindy, perhaps as much as it's original counterpart but it is fair...that is, up until a certain point in the story.
For story reasons, you'll end up fighting all your allies in SEES one after another in a series of boss battles in which you'll only be able to control Aigis and Metis.
And the spike in difficulty in this point is simply incredulous.
You will meet an Akihiko, who normally, does not even have access to heavy damaging attack up until high levels, having somehow acquired Megidolaon through means that are NEVER explained (which he will spam should you try and reflect phys).
Every following fight is like this.
The funny bit, right? I lowered the game's difficulty to Normal, and wound up oneshotting Ken who came along with Akihiko during the fight.
But that leads me to wonder...seeing as persona as a franchise has become easier and easier over the years, why were these fights designed like this? Why can I not fight these characters the same that I left them, why are they pulling Megidolaon out of their asses????
The overall experience wounds up to be 20 hours of the game's weakest aspect: the gameplay. And like 2 or 3 hours of story cutscenes, which on their own are okay.
Go watch a walkthrough on youtube and spare yourself the time and money, The Persona 3 reload: Expansion Pass is NOT it.

Matchmaking is completely broken, can't connect to other players nor can other players connect to me. Going on the discord will have the people there telling you to go through so much ♥♥♥♥ you'll be better off reinstalling your entire OS, for a game sponsored by Sony and featured at the games awards, you people can't iron out bugs and the like for ♥♥♥♥.

Adam's done it again. Another entry in the WTTG series where you dread each second of silence in fear that something will pop out from right around the corner, the tension these games all manage to put up is INCREDIBLE. You'll find yourself in a constant state of paranoia, playing through the game and learning from your mistakes on what you should and should not do. Probably one of the easiest entries in the series gameplay wise, which is a breath of fresh air after given how hard Scrutinized and WTTG2 were. The time management mechanic alongside the many antagonists you'll face will fill you with a constant sense of having to hurry, ultimately blending into a great experience overall.
8/10, Reflect Studios still knows how to make games.

You had promised us a story mode essentially ever since the release date of overwatch 1. You said that PVE would arrive with Overwatch 2, you took away 6vs6 and offered us the same game but with mechanics deleted out. You announced PVE was cancelled, subsequently deleting everyone's hopes for the story to progress, and then attempted to sell us a bootleg story mode that was naught but a parody of what you promised us, trying to merchandise and make a quick buck out of our want for a story. You took a beautiful universe, filled with characters brimming with personalities, a universe that we loved and you shat on it.
Michael Chu and Jeff Kaplan were right to leave, you should be grateful for the empire they built for you, but i guess you're too busy wiping your behinds with the 50 dollar bills, eh blizzard?

A beautiful game about the importance of those you hold dear. Makes you realise how much you take for granted in life.

Entropy Zero 2 is weird.

I went into it expecting the usual half life 2 mod experience, something very akin to the original game. Something that might have been new and refreshing but that at the end, was simply that. A mod of Half life 2.

Entropy Zero 2 doesn't do that. Entropy Zero 2 is it's own thing.

The game doesn't feel like a mod at all, it feels like an actual game. The protagonist is given way more background, and you can see his character shifting and developing as the game goes on.

The story while simplistic, works still. And will be enough to keep you entertained all throughout, bonus points if you're an hardcore Half Life fan.

The gameplay feels refreshing and new for something that was made with the Source Engine, not once in my playtrough of Entropy Zero 2 did i find myself frustrated or annoyed at having being killed by a enemy or having done a mistake.
The weapons are all enjoyable and you'll find yourself using the entirety of your arsenal all throughout the game, no weapons will go unused as the ammunitions you'll find around will force you to use everything you've got to defend yourself.

The only flaws of Entropy Zero 2 are that sometimes fights feel a tad bit unfair.
I sure do love seeing 10 vortigaunts and 5 rebels with shotguns all entering the room i'm in at the same time and getting blasted and destroyed by them.

But regardless, Entropy Zero 2 is one of the best Half Life 2 mods out there, and is in my opinion an instant classic.

9/10

DON'T BUY THIS GAME! while this was indeed one of the most important CODs that ever came out...after march 2021, creating an online profile is impossible. And thus you aren't able to play online with friends. And you can do little to nothing without a profile, There's no fix to the problem and there's probably never going to be one.

Press F to pay respects.

Awesome Survival game, it can be hard as hell at first. I'd advise getting someone to teach you the basics, as it can get frustrating really fast at first. But once you learn everything, Don't starve together becomes quite possibly the best survival game ever made.
