I have played this game for upwards of 6 years across Xbox and PC

I was wrongly banned for cheating earlier this week (Oct 4th, 21'), after trying to get an appeal and a malfunction with Ubisoft's support emailing system and an expired hyper-link, I was told that I had no chance of recovering my account and that they would not help me any further.

As someone that has spent upwards of 2,500 hours in this game across Xbox and PC it DISGUSTS me that Ubisoft wouldn't attempt to right a wrong that I literally had nothing to do with. I feel betrayed and let down that a major publisher like Ubisoft couldn't care less about the everyday player.

This game is not what it used to be.
Ubisoft only cares about the pro-players and making money.
They DO NOT care about the everyday player base/community.

Don't make this game your home or you will end up homeless.

Bomb ass game, would play until 6am with no regard for my IRL obligations the next day. Community is perfect.
