Sony is right here is why
These are third world countries ok?
Third world countries have other priorities than playstation, like famine, warlords, terrorism, criminality, and more fun things to take care of, so, from a corporate perspective is pointless to try to sell games, because they would get robbed.

European poor countries is just the same barrel of fish, they are poor, the game would cost 10x times more, hence why even try to sell games there? No point.

Central african countries are... special, just take a look at Geopold on youtube, and learn about the wonders of africa, no point in investing in infrastructure for Sony there.

BRICS Bloc countries are VERY ANTI WEST, they wouldn't sell even a FIFA.
Same can be applies to the very friendly to the west countries like Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, and so many more that are under terrorist cells control.

If you feel entitles to be a standard bearer of gamer rights, then do a gofundme and make those countries develop and end their current problems.

If you feel brave enough, check The Crew problem and, support the cause to defeat Ubisoft, that is a true case of injustice.

just buy S.T.A.L.K.E.R or New Vegas

Its a Great game to play with friends and by yourself (Sometimes)

way too dead, like, it's super dead, deader then XBOX360, just super duper dead
