Pros: colourful cast, roster is still balanced for a fighting game.

Cons: I suck, single player content doesn't exist, I suck, resolution is kinda low, I suck.

Pros: beautiful level design, fluid combat, great voice acting, linear story (if you're into that), platforming (if you're into that)

Cons: sometimes wonky camera, linear story (if you're not into that), platforming (if you're not into that), backtracking sucks, game is pretty short.

Things this game does better than the previous instalments: graphics, combat difficulty, scale of the world.

Things this game doesn't do better than the previous instalments: literally everything else.

Years later and this game is still buggier than the termite mound growing in my backyard, climbing and geometry issues continue to ruin the pace of the climbing which had been improved with the addition of Free-run Up and Free-run Down, combat is more difficult than previous instalments but weaponry becomes obsolete incredibly fast (and you can't attack with your bare fists or hidden blades as a normal option???) and many combat sequences become rolling sequences where you wait until all the enemies fire their pistol or throw their grenades. Story is hopelessly boring and environment is monotonous.
