Escape the Backrooms is more than just another mediocre attempt at making a Backrooms game. It's a well made, rather lore accurate game that is decently scary during half of the game. Not to mention the game looks incredible for being just $10, and it runs well most of the time. All the future updates appear to be free, and each new update makes the experience all the more interesting. I'd give this game a 8/10, since although its only early access, players can expect a well made liminal exploration game, that incorporates elements of horror, infinity, and feelings of familiarity.
