Some nice additions that make the game much easier to play on both newer hardware and at high resolutions. The modern control scheme is also nice too for anyone used to gaming in the last 20 years. A little steep of a price for such an old game, and the lack of a discount for previous addition holders is kind of crap. Ultimately worth the cost if you grew up with the Dark Forces series like I did. Here's to hoping they remaster the sequel!

I have well over 2000 hours in the DayZ Standalone, with countless more spent on my prior steam account.

I have also had extensive hours spent in the DayZ Mod.

While the DayZ Standalone had serious issues in the many years it took to release from early access, it's in a much more polished state with an active and growing community behind it.

Modding has brought new life to this game, with servers that cater to just about any and all play styles.
