The Evil Within is among the top of my list for the best survival horror games ever made. I LOVE the story, characters, and atmosphere. It's like a mixture between Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and Outlast. This unique game is also a worthy competitor for all of them, and very few horror games had this honor.

A real timeless classic. Source engine is a lovely bonus for it which made the game a lot more enjoyable to play too.

Absolutely brilliant. I have tried many Backrooms games, and none of them have beaten this one in terms of immersion and variety. If you wanna feel like you're truly in the Backrooms and lost in it, then give it a try.

Reminds me of the games from the PS3/Xbox 360 era. I'm enjoying it a lot. The protagonist's choice of words and personality are unique and awesome too. The game is certainly worth trying if you're into looter shooters with a great story.

Best Fallout game ever released. If you want to introduce anybody to the series, you should begin by telling that person to begin with this one.

I've always dreamed of an amazing concept for a Doom mod like this one. All Heretic/Hexen fans should give this one a try.

What a real masterpiece. This is the kind of game that you only get to see once in a decade or even two. You'll know when a horror game is truly a great one after you witness things that can't be imaginable by sane horror developers. If you want to develop a scary game, you need to be prepared to jump out of every line of humanity and go beyond a sane person's comprehension.

At first, I thought this was just another cheaply made indie game, but to my surprise, the developer behind this game has been working on his own games since 2004. The game also hooked me with its dynamic world and procedural generation. How every creature has his own job to fulfill even if you remain idle for so long. The world felt alive and you have to act quickly to beat quests. Failing some quests is very possible. In fact, beating all the quests is impossible, so that makes it even more rewarding. I guess if I had to describe this game in just a few words, I'd say that it's the son of Mount & Blade and Diablo.
