As many have mentioned, this game has been in early access for sometime now and set back due to some issues but do not let that discourage you. If you enjoy a high risk high reward game that is not instant gratification then The Isle is for you.

Currently the main goal in a survival server is simply that survive. What makes this game extremely enjoyable for me is the long hours you put in to grow your dino to full adult and trying to survive amongst an ecosystem of other players, putting your 6hr dino at risk constantly for example. The rush you get trying not to die from other players when being hunted or attacked is surreal. The gratification you get from a successful hunt/fight after nearly starving is amazing.

This game has tons of potential and kudos to its small team of devs for creating such an amazing game thus far. I thoroughly look forward to the final product on official release.

Amazing game, better than most AAA titles. The atmosphere is astonishing, the mechanics are simple yet captivating. The story is mysterious and peaks curiousity. One of the best games I've played in a long time. Kudos to the dev team. Im hoping for DLC in the future. Highly recommend.
