Hogwarts Legacy, thou art a wondrous sight
That doth enchant the fans of Harry's lore
With open world and magic spells so bright
And characters that charm us evermore.

But ah, what sorrow lurks beneath thy grace
For thou art haunted by a dreadful name
The author of thy source, who doth disgrace
The values of inclusion and of fame.

And yet, we cannot but admire thee still
For thou hast given us a dream come true
To roam the halls of Hogwarts at our will
And live the life of witches brave and true.

Thy story is a simple one, but fair
Of star-crossed lovers in a world of strife
Who secretly do wed with holy care
And face the perils of a wizard's life.

Thy gameplay is a mixture rich and fine
Of combat, puzzles, crafting, and romance
Thy graphics are a feast for every eye
Thy music is a spell that doth entrance.

Thy flaws are few, but not to be ignored
Thy technical performance is not smooth
Thy enemies are oftentimes a bore
Thy plot is full of holes and lacks some truth.

But these are trifles in the face of joy
That thou dost bring to every girl and boy
Who loves the magic of this fantasy
And wishes to partake in its legacy.

i quit my job, divorced my wife, sold my kids, and spent my life savings playing this game. I'm in too deep to quit now. Please help me.

Im gonna be honest after reading all the reviews about this game is disgusting and morally wrong I decided to give it a try because I wanted to see how "bad" this game was. When I played it I enjoyed it a lot. Looking past the cannibalism and the other things in the game, it was very enjoyable to play. To me personally after every scene I just wanted to see what happens next. The story is very interesting, it keeps you on the edge of your seat because you genuinely don't know what happens next. Another thing great about this game is that you're decisions matter for me when I chose a path I was like F**k I kinda wanna see what happens if I chose the other path, and when I did it was just a whole other path of content. So I sit there like damn I kinda wanna continue the path I was one and it just gets you more hooked as the paths lead you to different endings. Sadly This review ends with episode 2 being as far as it got but I cant wait to see what else is being cooked up for this game. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
