crappy/greedy developers who try to steal your information and program bots based on your attriubutes, instead of just being a mulitiplayer game like it pretends to be. this game had the potential to make trillions and now has no player base cause they chose to focus on gimmicks and fighting hackers instead of providing a quality product.
