The game has been filled with bugs and exploits since I began playing. Not a problem I first thought, this is a new game still and things are bound to happen! I still enjoy the game, however I will not recommend it until there has been some serious issues fixed. As a little back story - I am a company governor (Guild master) on our server which happens to be the biggest company for our faction. We became a little dysfunctional family and with blood, sweat and tears we finally mustered enough to go to 'War'. My real life brother, who spent over 260 hours on the game since launch was then banned from the game by the opposing team who mass reported his character for false reasons knowing he would not be able to 'lead the war'. This was the final straw on the game for me. He spent his money buying the game, extra money on cosmetics and of course - all of his free time playing to be false banned.
What did Amazon do about this?
He appealed it with a series of evidence, and within 3 days he finally got a response that which is added to the bottom of the review. 100 people let down by one simple exploit which carries on un-punished. This is a broken game mechanic which happens across every server. Until they at least fix this AND show some level of punishment towards offenders.... I would honestly not waste your time playing. It almost feels as if it was all for nothing! :)

Do not assume a chat filter in place is a license to say anything you want.

In extraordinary circumstances, we may also take action against players for hateful conduct or harassment targeted at members of our community that occurs outside our games and services.

As a result, your New World account remains permanently banned.
