Don't. All the items added in this DLC are either obscenely overpowered or completely useless and the characters are all half baked catastrophes. There is nothing worth your money here. If you want Risk of Rain 2 DLC, just go buy Survivors of the Void.

I used to really love this game, but the recent patch has absolutely gutted the experience. All of the game logic is tied to framerate currently. And while Gearbox has promised to fix this, I still cant recommend this game to anyone. Wait for a patch. And then wait some more, because there's no guarantee the patch will even work as intended. The game is a lukewarm buggy mess right now. The only context in which I could recommend this game is if you plan to instantly downpatch it. In which case, Pre-Gearbox Risk of Rain 2 is an 11/10.
