Trei pule cu mărar proaspăt şi cafea neîndulcită

Gustarea de la ora zece

Împarte ♥♥♥♥ de la ora zece cu prietena ta! Vei împarte automat şi numărul de calorii! Împărţitul e un lucru frumos. Te face mai generoasă şi mai altruistă.

Prânz

Ciorbă de puluţă cu multe legume proaspete. Prospătura face bine la tonus.

Felul doi: ♥♥♥♥♥ pe grătar cu salată de crudităţi.

Desert: ♥♥♥♥ split, cu frişcă dietetică.

Seara

♥♥♥♥ raw şi un iaurt natural.

Şi nu uitaţi: Pentru o viaţă sănătoasă, mâncaţi minim trei mese pe zi. Dar să fie de lemn natur, nu de la Ikea.
